... the Regent Palms Hotel in the Turks & Caicos Islands just put Internet radios that pick up 10,000 (!!) international stations in each room. So far its the only hotel in North America to have this feature. What it means is that Guests can tune in their local radio station or listen to some ultra-exotic options.
